Children's Church
Children's Church (ages 4 years through 1st grade) is held during the 11:00 service. The children gather together during worship service for a short "Children's Sermon" and leave briefly with the Children's Church teachers to have a special lesson which includes reading time, music, crafts, prayer and fun! The Children are returned to the sanctuary before worship service is concluded.

Sunday School
Vista Ridge UMC adopts the philosophy that Christian education, linked with the worship experience, is a core element in making disciples of Jesus Christ through building relationships with God and neighbor. Our focus is creating an atmosphere to apply biblical principles to daily life through various formats, and for all ages, thus providing for the formation of faith within the larger community. Nursery is provided for children, ages 0 - 23 months, during all Worship Celebrations.

Nursery & Kingdom Kids
We provide an infant and a toddler nursery at all three worship services. Our caregivers are loving, trained staff and volunteers. During the 9:45 and 11:00 worship hours, our two and three-year-olds have their own Sunday School classes that meet in the nursery hall, Rooms 104 and 105. Outside we have a a fun-filled playground for our walkers, two's and three's to enjoy. Having fun with friends in God's love...it's what we do best!

Children's Choir

Children's choir is for ages 5-12 and rehearse on Sunday mornings at 9:45 a.m. in the choir room. The children will sing during the school year. The choir is directed by Lee Ann Holland.
